if it's about Cardiff.. Sport, Entertainment, Transportation, Business, Development Projects, Leisure, Eating, Drinking, Nightlife, Shopping, Train Spotting! etc.. then we want it here!

I can't believe that they were considering underwriting 80% of this always-dodgy-looking scheme.

I can't believe the Welsh government have already spent £9m!!! Would that be on land acquisition? I very much doubt any of the other parties involved have spent anywhere close to one million.
