Not sure if anyone knew about this but the Zenith sign will be lit up at night. Currently the 'Zen' on the west side is turned on. Can't escape it's brutality even at night.

For those who haven't seen the current proposals for the Howells store.

If it truly was the zenith it wouldn't need to say so.

Cannot wait! Really hoping it's the large 130+ m tower like in the renderings. But I expect it'll be chopped in half just like all the other buildings...

Those apartments will need really high ceilings if a 16 storey building is going to hit 130 metres

Original plan was for a 25 story tower, so this is certainly going to be a good bit smaller than that. Not a massive surprise it's changed though as the original plan was made by the previous owner. They sold the buiding instead of going ahead, so this is pretty much going to be a totally fresh plan.
