Great stuff Phil! I'll definitely settle for something along these lines! maybe chuck in a couple of tallish buildings callaghan square south, and we've got ourselves a skyline! who'd have thought it eh!
We'll have to check this in 5 years and hope that all or the vast majority of this is built :)

Great stuff!

Would anyone mind listing the buildings (name, height etc) from left to right on the pictures? I've lost track of what's planned!

Vancouver is great! Aspirational high rise apartment buildings with interesting architecture. A water frontage that invites people out onto it for walks and family friendly afternoons. Stanley Park, yacht clubs, an amazing cruise ship hub with conference centre hotels. Come 6:00pm the downtown has shut its doors and is dead quiet. Something that Cardiff should strive for. :D :D :D

You conveniently missed out Lionsgate Bridge massive traffic bottleneck. Cardiff could certainly do without one of those. ;)

Vancouver is beautiful.

There aren't many places on earth where you can finish work downtown and head straight to the beach in summer and the ski slopes in winter!

Quote from Waldorf Salad, Fawlty Towers Series 2 Episode 3:

"BASIL:Yes, it has been unusually damp this week, in fact, but normally we're rather spoiled down here on the English Riviera.

SYBIL:Mr.and Mrs. Hamilton were telling me about California. You can swim in the morning, and then in the afternoon, you can drive up into the mountains and ski.

BASIL: Must be rather tiring."

There's a crane currently going up for Number 3.

They've been working on a lot of the below ground work up to now so we should
start to see some real visual progress above the hoardings soon I guess.
