Any idea what the planning application reference number is for this?

They look rather good. Nice to see some houses being built in that part of the bay. It's dominated by apartments uat the moment.

I wonder when they'll start ? Didn't notice that mentioned in the walesonline.

Talking of Porth Teigr, about time they and the Welsh Government made a decision on the second GloWorks building.
I love the first building but it looks a bit lonely on it's own.

Anyone ever seen this design before? No idea if its an extant design or something from years ago that never happened. Seems a bit unlikely at the moment given the focus of office development in the "Enterprise Zone". Sort of interesting design for its location.. next to a car park, brick office building, and some old converted houses.

It's really nice isn't it ?

I'm trying to work out what plot/current building it's meant to be at on Dumfries Place.

How did you come across it ?

EDIT : The property company own Marchmount House and Dumfries House on Dumfries Place, is it related to those buildings or some small plot of land near them ?

I think its land behind their building, next to the entrance to the car park.

Mind you, like you say it may be something that never got or indeed goes any further. But that doesn't take away from the fact that it's great to see designs and proposals of developments in this city, this forum is doing it's job when we get to share and view info like this! :) so cheers to all who have/continue to/and will, share development discoveries here!!

Taking a look at Holder Mathias website, it seems they were going for BBC building next to Senedd

http://www.holdermathias.com/projects/bbc-cymru-wales

Maybe would need to be higher but quite interesting for that plot, that must be ripe for at least landscaping? As for the Dumfries Place building that is really interesting. Again I would go higher but interesting.
