EXCELLENT! I do remember seeing an article about a 100,000m tower in Cardiff, supposedly being used as a Space Elevator to fight a certain alien force, and to be exclusively used as a soldier named the Master Chief.

Completely inadequate parking facilities for that space elevator terminal building. Plus the cladding looked a bit cheap and I didn't like the colour. Should have been NASA blue.

Hope it doesn't get approved.

Joking aside, the details he published which also included the new Central Station & Convention Centre and tram routes as well as the main development itself were very ambitious....
