Would 13b be the location for the extended Central Station?

So we should be getting:

1 x 92m building (approx. same height as Millennium Stadium spikes)
1 x 60m building (approx. same height as Admiral HQ)
5 x 42m buildings (approx. same height as Marriott)
1 x 36m building (approx. same height as St Davids 2 apartments); and
1 x 32m building (approx. same height as St Davids 2 apartments).

How tall will plot 1 be? I assuming around 50-60m.

This development should add nicely to the skyline!

Nice. It would be great to have one taller building at Central Square, when you arrive at Central, particularly from the west on the mainline, the city is looking nicely dense so a nice tall would be very easy on the eye.

Why not a 30 story tower with restaurant/observation on top.

dont understand why Cardiff remains so low rise compared to most cities in the UK.

I also dont know why we compete with the likes of Bristol when we are the Capital of a country.

I think the plot 1 will be more like 42m it's only 9 storeys - still a great start! :)

I've just seen some drawings for a building that sits on Plot 6 / Plot 7 - I think the readers of this forum will like it! Presumably it's only an outline design so I'd better not say anymore but it will certainly stand out from everything else.
