Politics aside, this is a huge building and will change the feel of Central Square. Wales Online mentions that one more office block will be built to complete the master plan (minus the public space), not surprising given its location to their offices!

Where do they actually say they are moving? They are funding the development via their investment arm. I've not seen anything say they will also become an occupier.

There's nothing in the public relm about the move, but internally comms have gone out saying they will be moving into new building in 2022. L&g have requested an extra floor to be added to accommodate all staff from their Knox Court and Brunel house office's. Not sure the extra floor has been approved but I think L&g used 'securing jobs remain in Cardiff' as leverage?
