That's a winner in my eyes. It's been quite some time since private flats were built in the centre of town. Once everything is completed there will be some great views to offer from those flats. Sounds like this will be worth the wait!
I do hope they work with Network Rail to deliver the 'bridge' to connect Cardiff Central Station and the Interchange.
By 2020 the interchange should be built. HMRC will be open. St. David's House will be demolished. New public square. And hopefully half way through the development of Cardiff Central Railway. How exciting.
