Maybe they'll just throw some cash their way, or make space in what's going to be a redesigned Interchange for a small supermarket?

I have a feeling it'll be a joint announcement along with the relocation of CCC from County Hall into the offices above.

Ta-dah, an anchor tenant and a bus station.

Some very good news in that article. Im glad we got our office interchange back, not shoddy student accommodation.

That's gonna be a massive increase in the size of the apartment building as the original plans were for 120,000sqf of office and 195 apartments, this new plan has double the amount of apartments whilst keeping the same size of office space.

That's a winner in my eyes. It's been quite some time since private flats were built in the centre of town. Once everything is completed there will be some great views to offer from those flats. Sounds like this will be worth the wait!

I do hope they work with Network Rail to deliver the 'bridge' to connect Cardiff Central Station and the Interchange.

By 2020 the interchange should be built. HMRC will be open. St. David's House will be demolished. New public square. And hopefully half way through the development of Cardiff Central Railway. How exciting.
