It appears that Cardiff is not the only city where the council promised a bus interchange and then nothing happened.

Meanwhile on the other side of the road private developments are in full swing.

No News!! but that's the point when are we going to hear what's going on regarding the bus station? - I mean it's kind of pretty important for a capital city to have one!! I don't doubt things are going on 'behind the scenes' but shouldn't transport be a VERY high priority? What the **** is going on

Well apart from the whole bus station fiasco,

I had to change at Cardiff Central to go to Bristol yesterday. You dont get a sense of scale while looking at the pictures, but when youre walking between each building and seeing how densely placed they are, it makes you realize the magnitude of the development. It's amazing, and the build quality is excellent (so far).

I'm hoping the bus station isnt too much of a disaster. Once the HMRC HQ is completed and hopefully the phase after, It's all going to look incredible.

I'm not surprised we haven't heard anything. Bugger all happens during the summer when it comes to major decisions.

Maybe this month or next month we'll hear something?

Currently most people I know in the BBC drive and either park their main car parks if they are lucky or else park close by and walk. I presume Llanishen is the same, judging by the aerial shots below.
This will mean an awful lot of people transferring to public transport and the metro is currently not much more than a wish list.
Will the trains and buses cope with the 9am rush?
