Parkland has to be protected in cities especially when there is a load of brownfield in the area. People who live in the community should have their say when companies try to build on parkland. As people have said it not about being nimby. I look over part of the wasteland and would love to see it developed.

Great to see more entertainment venues popping up, keeping the bay vibrant.

Very disappointing that Porth Teigr has completely stalled though, just the BBC and Glo Works building in all these years. Wonder if there are any current plans or if anyone's bothering.
