one way to settle is whats the highest tower in bristol and whats the highest tower in cardiff

I can't see to upload the image on this article but it does show that this tower is one of the biggest proposed currently in the UK. Also somewhat in line with the off topic nature of this thread.

Manchester is going to have one incredible skyline when that cluster is finished. Blimey. All look high quality based on the photos of construction, too.

No major works ongoing at the site currently, but piling is to start on the 18th of December. Not long :)

Piling mat was due to start on the 18/12 for one week ( whatever that is). Piling is due to start on 19/2/2018 and last for a month.

A piling mat is a surface for the heavy piling machinery to stand on - they're usually made of concrete or stone.

Ah thanks for that. It’s the wrong type of enigineering for me (I’m aviation based but intresed about Cardiff buildings). Looking forward to see this building progress.
