John Street - Callaghan Square

Wasn't there plans to do something with the arches near? Or am i making that up?

I've lost track of things regarding the rail arches.

On that subject though I was watching something last week about how a number of them in London have been turned into microbreweries and bars. I think it was south London there were a few together.
I know a pub has opened in the rail arches near where Im from in east London and has been very successful.

I know Peckham have plenty of arches being used for bars and restaurants, which are really great. God, I hope we can utilise ours!

Does anyone know what's happening with the John Street development? It seems to have been stalled for sometime.

Well according to walesonline recently, work is about to re-commence. I hope so as the building needs to be moved from a skeletal concrete state! oh and when finished just maybe... phase 2

Fingers crossed! It's a very central location to have an unfinished skeleton sitting there like that.

I hope those arches are opened up for cafes/shops as I'd like to rent one
