Nice to see. I was in the Bay last Sunday for the Food Festival and its noticeable that that part of the Bay really is developing. There is a mass there now which I can't wait to see how it develops. It will be great sitting on the wall having a coffee and watching it grow.

and if it grows to all that is planned you can perhaps get on a regular boat/ferry service to take you to that part of the bay, the potential over there is pretty big and it's hopefully going to become a massive destination in it's own right!

this really does have the potential to become its own destination with a good mix of resi, retail, hotels and some office. You'll have the pool, yacht club, ice rink, ski slope, plus two hotels and a good mix of tall and medium rise buildings adding to the skyline.

With all the car park down there there is also scope for more than what is currently planned.

NB the ice rink is coming along nicely. from seemingly months of lots of activity but no visible progress that framework has flown up.

The steel constructors and their crane seem to have gone and now the builders are working on the existing structure

I went flying yesterday so managed to take a photo of the ISV/new rink, apologies for the size!

Isn't that just the 'practice' rink?

Great photo! I like the positioning of part of the plane to hide the glass needle of the bay site "nothing to see here, look away!"
