Evening ladies and gents a long term and avid follower of this site but a new member as of today, so be easy with me. Does anyone have any idea what's being put in place of the demolished building across from the magistrate courts?

I believe it's the Howard Gardens site. See attached and more info on the SrideTreglowen website.
