According to reports, it appears that TVR are looking again at relocating down the Vale.

I know I'm dreaming, but if the Circuit of Wales does get built it would be great to have an F1 team based in Wales and use that as a test track. There is actually talk that Aston Martin could go back into F1 in some sort of partnership/rebranding of Force India, so who knows?

I hope this is true. I love TVR, and given their current situation, they need to set up somewhere cheap (much like Aston Martin). The only difference here is that TVR is being branded heavily as a "British comeback" so are trying to avoid setting up factories overseas - so I can see this happening!

Sports car maker TVR has said its new production line could be based in south Wales.

The company confirmed it was looking at a location in the area - one of three sites being considered around the UK.

It comes a week after Aston Martin revealed it would build its new luxury car at St Athan, Vale of Glamorgan.

TVR, which has its roots in Blackpool, told BBC Wales it hoped to make a decision on where its new car would be built in "the next few weeks".

A spokesman from TVR said the new manufacturing plant was "likely to be a small, bespoke facility which would aim to begin car production by the end of 2017".

The company has not disclosed where the potential south Wales site is.

I don't know or care what subsidy Comrade Hart would be giving them, having TVR alongside Aston Martin would be another boon for South Wales 8-)
