So we're getting a fanzone - that's good news (as long as coopers field / bute park is thoroughly cleaned up afterwards!). They'll have to get a shift on though - talk about last minute.com!

Surely a good thing for fans (In our neck of the woods) not going to France to have a location to get a feel for the atmosphere of these massive games for Wales. Mind you if we start off well they may have to have 'fanzone 2' as 6,000 isn't massive?

I read somewhere that the Wales Football Team are doing some sort of "summer soltice" event when they return home to Wales?
Anyone know if there is any truth in it.

What a game - what a day! That 2nd welsh goal may not win goal of the competition! but it could make a massive difference for our campaign. This game on thursday is going to be one of the biggest 'domestic' football clashes virtually ever!! and Wales go into it in a more comfortable position than England - It's going to be quite an occassion!!

I am a dyed in the wool egg chaser. However, I was really impressed by the game and the singing and general demeanour of the Welsh fans. A credit to our nation!

I'm really hoping that the atmosphere on Thursday is a friendly and positive one. England must be hoping the same way. To a certain extent it may prove that whilst theres always a number of English fans that behave disgracefully and with no respect for the host country - the vast majority are there for the same reasons as the Welsh ie to have a great time supporting their team. Unfortunately for England all the nutters from other countries see them as a target nowadays because of Englands contribution to hooliganism at these events historically.

On the other hand they are being threatened with being booted out if any more trouble - maybe we should antagonise them and we're through to the next round naah much more satisfying to win on the pitch!
