On another point... I've just got tough! Anyone who wants to join the forum from here on in will need to have a knowledge of the place that this forum is about (pretty obvious really) as much as I extend the hands of friendship globally, allowing posters who don't know Cardiff is irrelevant to the purpose of this forum. My apologies to those affected and the forum is available for anyone to read.

Just a quick note to say that touch wood we seem to have cleared up the problem of dodgy posters. The new system means I have to approve applicants!! - oh the power! anyway it's working good and when I see that it's obviously a genuine person who wants to join us in our Cardiff chats then I don't even email them back with my tough cardiff knowledge questions.
So to any lurkers - we know you're out there! who would like to hop on board the good ship cardiffwalesmap forum (before it sinks!) then if your username/email sounds genuine I'll activate your account as soon as I get notification, otherwise you'll get an email from me with a ridiculously easy question about cardiff to ensure that you are not in fact more interested in and resident of timbuktu!
