Cardiff (unexpectedly divided city)

Let’s face it, any generalisation is going to offend someone and be incorrect. I remember a posting a couple of years back by someone generalising bay apartment owners as middle aged people selling their period houses to live close by their yachts.

In my view (humble that it is) diversity is the key. The concentration of visible ethnicity in any area causes stresses within the larger community. Unfortunately, that’s the history of humankind.
