I read his post. He wrote words to the effect of "I've seen the plans for the Brains brewery site and they are very exciting". The construction industry hates a blabbermouth and the poor sod probably realised that he'd be an integral part of some concrete foundations if he didn't wise up and keep his big trap shut.

So far we have had sensible suggestions and not pie in the sky twaddle you have proposed.

Complete with mildly amusing Welsh spelling mistake.

The Welsh word for Quay is 'Cei'. "Cae Canolog" as per the site means central field or midfield.

I was wondering about the spelling... Welsh name does not have to be the same as the English...Central Field sort of works...but nah.., I think it is a typo and will be corrected

While it is nice to have something to look at, there really isn't much to see. Think it will be a while before we see a Master plan and suspect they might wait until the Arena location is fixed, as well as a few more details about Central Station. Both of these would have a huge impact on the development.
