Sorry halfnhalf I've deleted your post! you ignored my message that this place isn't going to get ugly again! - but I'm not picking on you as I will delete any further posts that are not specifically related to Central Quay development. In all fairness you didn't start the political twist on this one - so please all contributors, as I said previously if it's political debate you're looking for then it just doesn't work here. Always ends in abuse and insults that I'd rather keep this place free of.

New Head Honcho at Brains - no change in ambition for Central Quay and Brains due to move to new site early next year

Hopefully we'll see increasing activity at 'central quay' soon :)

Isnt the Ledger and car park buildings on National rail land, i think any crossover onto Brains land involves land not currently being used by them.

Check the existing and proposed site plans for phase 1. It goes into Brains boundary.

But you didn't consider removing the inflammatory post from Ash that instigated all this? That still prevails :(

Housekeeping - I think that is the right approach. If you're going to take a post down explain it and move on.

If the original inflammatory one had been taken down, we would have moved on by now wouldn't we? Leaving it up, and just removing retorts about it just doesn't look even handed, and seems like it's being endorsed.
