Just further up is Central Quay where Watkins Jones will be for at least the next 5 years, according to Paul...

I think watkin-jones will be building the big apartment blocks but ISG doing the multi storey car park and presumably other key developments at central quay.

Not the most exciting building but plans for 51-59 Penarth Road submitted before Christmas to replace the Garage and Car wash next to St Mary's House.

It looks like a multi-storey car park.

Big yellow isn't going. The SET building has a compulsory purchase order on it and pretty sure the Kwik Fit building does too.

Looking at Paul’s photos am I right we have crane parts on site already?

I've seen one crane base and believe that probably both crane bases will be positioned within the next week or so. The towercrane for plot 1 is very probably going to be the biggest ever that Cardiff has seen! really looking forward to seeing cranes on site. Plot 1 and 2 (apartments) are very much underway in terms of site setup and activity, I believe the multi storey car park is likely to be the next structure that we'll see, but nothing happening yet on that one.
