I was wondering what was happening to that development. Glad to see it's going ahead. I think it will really add a lot to Trade St.

I really like the look of this one.

so do I. these smaller developments on the edge of the city centre really do increase the overall density

Good news. They had a feature in that free property magazine you find in supermarkets the other day so I was hoping they'd start soon.

This development is well underway - all steelwork done, I'll get a photo and post it here within a week or so.
