Dirty and poorly maintained modern buildings/structures

I don't know much about the building trade but surely painting Altolusso would make things even worse in time. Peeling and worn paint is worse than plain dirty render.

Yes to paint render means regular maintenance costs in excess of just cleaning the render, though this hasnt stopped the developments i mentioned previously from doing so.
