Cosmetic dentistry in Ajax

Hey, I am staying in Ajax right now. Next month, I am shifting to Cardiff to pursue my higher education. I have got admission in the Cardiff University and I am doing my post graduation there.
I want to have my teeth whitened before joining my new University. I am in search of dental clinics that provide cosmetic dental services in Ajax.
Also, please give a list of food items that should be avoided after having a teeth whitening procedure.

With your soon to be white teeth, you could become a real bonus to any party campaign machine, as most folks here have had all their teeth removed by the age of 30!

As for food stuffs; coffee, tea, chocolate, coal, bromine and worst of all plutonium have definitely a darkening affect on teeth.
