While we can see some crumbs of information that indicate something is happening...what hard facts are out there?

There is some tendering taking place linked to the Wales & Borders railway franchise....but what else? What land has WG aquired? What design contracts have been let?

Ps I have copied this into the Metro thread for anyone who has any information...
Build it and they will come.
Get it wrong and they will fall off.

Wonder if they could claim under the NHBC warranty to replace the cladding

No one has ever managed to make a successful claim using the NHBC warranty!

That's going to make Nov 5th interesting this year as the guidance issued to the residents doesn't mention fireworks . Last year there were quite a few firework parties in Prospect place a few from the balconies which was exciting. Just a thought.Oh hum.

Prospect Place cladding...

Who pays?
Does their service charge go up to £500 / month ??
Or can they claim against builder? which is unlikely since it was signed off by Cardiff building control.

Might be a new role for Ambulance chasers and PPI claims.

Do YOU live in a fire death trap? if so you can claim compensation............
