I bought my first house in Grangetown (Saltmead 8-) ). 10 minutes from the city centre, 10 minutes from Leckwith/City Stadium, 15 minutes walk from the Bay. It's no Canton where I previously rented but it's good value and a good location. Up and coming as some estate agents might say

... Cardiff.

Might be 1,100 fewer in a few weeks time.

Cardiff has lost 1,280 jobs in 2 weeks. Jesus.
