My only minor criticism of the development is the orientation to the river and marina for the concierge and retail units. While I understand and think the riverside will be great, along Watkiss Way will only be service and parking entrances. Not as nice a streetscape for a fairly long length of the road.

What the render shows, is the need to follow a similar development on the other side of the river. Build progressively taller blocks northwards which would have the advantage of being closer to Cogan railway (sorry - metro) station.

I prefer the previous drawings of the tower that we've seen. I'm sure the quality will be great, but it kind of reminds me of the Aspect in town, and I really wish it wasn't another white tower.

Finding out about the poor quality fire resistance in our tall buildings was one of the shocks of the year. Surprising how quickly things have gone quiet.
