Glad this finally got over the line. I reckon this'll still open ahead of Bristol's new arena.
Great news.
It would be great to start to see some proposals for the CIA site, plus the whole area surrounding it (eg Rapport building, Jury's hotel etc.) while the new arena is being constructed. That whole area looks really tired so fingers crossed this is a catalyst for a major project.
