First squad parking next to sewage disposal works not ideal?

Planning permission granted.

With Cardiff City moving from the Vale does that mean the Blues will take up the extra space? Maybe run the U23 side from there?

Whatever anyone thinks the Premier League is certainly big business. The TV money is mad. And there is a parachute payment for relegation. How much money does this realistically bring in? I would have thought somewhere like Burnley would have seen a big economic boost but you don't really hear of it. Perhaps the players spend their money elsewhere?
