There's a lot of heavy machinery on site working this week, although I haven't seen any new planning applications

It looks like the original application approved in 2018 for bottle works - 74 flats over 5 floors. Have been some design changes so might look a little different.
If I remember, was it originally going to be rightacres developing it,, but they sold to a Housing Association?

There's a a new application for Discharge of Conditions mention concerning this site with new plans etc. dated today 26/5 on the council website. Looks like a revised version may be going ahead possible as social housing for Hafod Housing Association.
