What became of the Box Park plan for the Igloo site in the Bay? Am sure it would have been busy and would be an improvement on the current wasteland. Something needs to kick off development in the area.

IIRC the developers decided not to go forward with the plan sometime last year. A pity as it looked good in the promtional materials.
