Exactly the same, I believe.

3.00 AM licences are normal for hotels and wedding venues. I don't know but would assume that it's a late license for people staying at the hotel or attenting a function. That's par for the course for large hotels.

I think if I lived in near the Exchange I'd be heartly fed up by the whole saga and pretty mistrustful of anyone who had connections with Signature Living.

I've met Ashley Govier a few times and, while I'm sure he's sincere, it's not clear to me how he would have access to sufficient funds to take the project forward. He doesn't appear to have deep pockets himself.

I suspect the objections to the license were partly born of mistrust for the whole project rather than the late license itself.

For a resident, how is whether or not his venture has the financial backing to succeed, related to whether or not you should oppose an alcohol licence? If it fails, then they lose the licence anyway.
