Here we go folks - an update on our challenge on Dubai

Image

So Admiral House doesn't even get in the top 10 - I always thought they should've gone a lot higher and I believe that they are still located partially in other office space throughout the city, so perhaps I was right. Also the MacDonald Holland House, Newport Rd is no longer on the top 10 list. Of course this top 10 will hopefully change again in the next year or so (as I'm only including buildings completed or actually under construction - not merely proposed) So perhaps Curran Rd apartments - john st north - something at guildford crescent? - something at central quay?? - re-emergence of hope tower??? and WTF maybe even the WTF tower at Harlech court :o . We'll see

Well done, great work! Interesting to see we are kind of plateauing. Hopefully with the redevelopment of the Motorpoint site we will see a larger development for Admiral?

Great images. I guess the new building at Bradley Court is a few feet smaller than the new Premier Inn then?

Firstly thanks for kind comments - very much appreciated! ;)

I shall keep the top 10 buildings list up to date - not sure at this moment the next development that will mean that it isn't up to date as it stands now. Imagine when capital tower no longer 'makes the list' well perhaps that could happen within 2 or 3 yrs?

Anyway regarding Bradley court - it's 56m so 7metres from qualifying for this lofty list!! actually with the entry level of 63m - that's just over 205ft or another way of looking at it is approx 19-20 floors.
