Well it has to be said that so far in capital quarter everything that JR Smart has proposed has been built or is under construction. So perhaps we will get this tower in the not very distant! I believe it to be a couple of inches less than 100m so if we get it then we'll have to give it the benefit of the doubt and call it 100m!! Mind you the magic figure is 107m!! now if you don't know why 107m has such relevance - then shame on you!!
