That makes total sense and I should know better having lived in apartments in the Middle East for 6 years. My last stint there was so much better as the whole building was owned by one company. The first time the landlord was okay but he had little influence over certain maintenance problems in the building so it took forever to get stuff sorted.

Anyone know what's happening with this one?

Cardiff deserves a 100m+ tower. It makes all the difference. There's too many around the 80m mark, and its starting to look a bit weird.

No news that I've seen, still looking for investment to build it or own it after the build I think

Good news but is there enough of a market for all these BTR apartments? I heard that Wood St House is pretty empty still.
