That looks good! Newport could certainly do with more to pull people into the city centre. I think its struggled over the last couple of years.

Well, it's part of the Cardiff city region so very relevant as far as I'm concerned.

It looks great doesn't it? I love what loftco are doing, with Goodsheds in Barry kind of similar to the Newport Market project.

Would love them to do another project like those two in Cardiff city centre or the bay somewhere on top of what they've done at Cardiff Bay station and Tramshed.

Wasn't there a rumour about the space above Miller & Carter in the Hayes becoming a street food venue? Or has that now become the new bowling place?

The building next to the Old Custom House in Penarth Marina would a perfect choice imo!

AFAIK The space above Miller & Carter in The Hayes has been converted to offices.
