Still think there's been a massive missed opportunity with this part of town for a light rail link from Grangetown, behind Ikea and down Ferry Road - likely dead and buried now that they've crammed in those new builds.

Still doable with a tram.
Central - Penarth Road - Clive Street - Ferry Road (alongide through Retail parking/loading bays) - under the ring road to the Peninsula
