Looks good. Would have been nice to smash the 40 floor mark but that glass mid section makes up for it

A really nicely designed building, from the CGIs anyway. Good height and a great use of a small parcel of land.

I like the co-living concept, the communal areas look very sociable and the studios are self contained if you want privacy. Nice amenities like the gym and terraces.

Is this finally starting? One of the pics in the latest Flickr update has a green net/fence instead of the wooden hoarding.
