Hopefully the scheme has been changed from that strange 32-floor proposal. I think it would sit quite awkwardly, crammed in next to the Mercure building.

Personally really liked the design and looked very different from anything else is Cardiff.

Hey Paul. I saw your posts on flikr with the grangetown recycling plant. Any word on works for the site. Maybe they've reignited the plans for a apartment block?
