I do!

Its shockingly bad!!!

Cromwell house is the best designed brutalist building in the whole of wales!
Its a small gem in a sea of mediocrity. All it needs is a good clean.

I'd say Churchill House is a much nicer brutalist design, although I have to say that Cromwell House looked far worse in my head than it does in reality.

Looks like the interior of castle arcade has been painted too, not sure about the paint effect in Duke street arcade, looks cheap

Really? Better than County Hall in Mold or the Fairwater shopping centre in Cwmbran? Seriously?

Way better than those!

Chuchil house has the scale all wrong, to wide and not tall enough!

Cwmbran shopping is a nightmare hell hole.

Those window pods on Cromwell are first class architecture and the width to height ratio of the building is just right!

Looks like they are trying to copy them in the new design but getting it totally wrong.

Concrete is such a great material when used well and looked after, those plastic panels just look cheap and nasty!

Definitely in need of a face-lift though, while maintaining the same style.

Indeed it is. That's not what I was refering to though. Fairwater Shopping Centre in Cwmbran. Google is your friend. ;)

Fair play Ash that is a stunning structure and either faced in or constructed of brick too.

Wandered by Cromwell House on Sunday and it looked completely empty so it looks like it's days are numbered. Also next door neighbour (Hallinans House) for the 'mini-manhattan project' looked like a building on death row but from what I could see the block on the corner perhaps still being used for offices? The deli/coffee shop now closed with a notice mentioning redevelopment.
