There's a brief video here from the Facebook page of Minty's Gig Guide showing a huge model map of Cardiff. It shows a brief glimpse of 2 large towers, one of which looks like the Hope St tower. The other, even bigger, may be the image that surfaced a few weeks ago on an architects' website.
Does anyone know any more about this model and where it is?

There's a few towers missing from this model, like the Park Place tower, the proposed one next to the Bridge Street.

Sad but has been coming for a while. The building has been empty for so long, was a squat for a long time and is unlikely to be in much state to be rennovated.

So I'd recently been to the sustainable studio just off Dumbells road. The warehouses will be empty of tenants by June. So maybe see some demolished over summer.

Good news, and interesting to see they've received no Welsh Government help

Also pleasing to see they've picked Brunel House. As nice as it is to see the new office developments get lettings and to see more being built it's important that the existing offices are being let, plus that side of town getting a new tenant is good as well.

Good news. But 14,000 square feet for 400 staff. Are they gonna have bunk desks?

That is a pretty tight squeeze, unless the idea is that its going to be a 24 hour (or at least 16 hour) operation.

Looks like they plan on having 24/7 customer support from Cardiff. Roles available for morning, evening and overnight. Imagine working nights doing banking calls!

Very low ceilings in Brunell House as well..... At least there was on the 15th floor when I worked there!

I don't think that's true. I worked there for years and didn't notice the ceilings were particularly low. Perhaps it's something just on the 15th floor.
