Great to see some more projects in the OG Bay being added. I'm surprised at how slowly the area around Mount Stuart Square has been developed, the buildings are stunning. Would 100% rather have an apt. there than one of the low quality high rises that have been built elsewhere in the Bay.

Really nice. It's noticeable that designs by Cardiff based architects tend to be so much better and more sensitive than the designs by companies with no real investment in the city.

County Hall to be demolished and a replacement new building to be built as part of the wider Cardiff bay redevelopment.

It does seem like a waste to demolish a building that's not even 40 years old, but I don't know what else it could be used for. It's grown on me over the years, I imagine the replacement will be very uninspiring, but let's see.

A shame they didn't go for Callaghan Square as that empty parcel of land needs to be developed, and is owned by the WG.

They could of used the new office building on John Street. It has been sat there abandoned by any workmen for ages. It must make it harder to sell/rent to potential customers when they couldn't be bothered to complete the exterior ground areas and remove the hoarding.

I've always liked County Hall, particularly when viewed from the link road. The problem is that since local government reform in the 90s, the unitary authority has inherited duplicate chambers and comittee rooms which are difficult to re-purpose.

New visual for Harlech court, looks like a complete redesign compared to previous visuals I’ve seen.

Looks nice, hopefully it will end up looking like that rather than Bridge Street which really didn't!
