I walked the A4232 bridge over the Taff for the first time last week and it was a little noisy . Another bridge, excluding road traffic, would be welcome.

I walk around the bay a few times a year and the bridge is the biggest turn off. Its excessively noisy for the amount of traffic, the surface needs replacing with something more suitable to dampen the noise, and then a separate foot bridge would be great too!

Just think of the local residents close to the bridge,

I viewed one of the flats that backs on to it on the inner bay side; terrific view at the front, cost a fortune and you'd never be able to open a window at the back, ever. Double glazing was good but not good enough. Took one look in the back room and turned around and left, and gathered from the estate agent that it's not an uncommon reaction.

Everyman Cinemas have just signed for a 4 screen venue in Cardiff, no idea where it is though. Anyone heard about this?

Is there enough demand for another cinema in Cardiff?

Premiere at the Capitol Centre has six screens, I believe.

Everyman Cinemas specialise in “luxury” viewing with sofas, cushions, etc., so there may be a market for that. From memory, they aren’t any more expensive than other cinemas.

I know Cardiff was considered as 'overscreened' even before Premiere (re)opened.

I think I'm right in saying that only around half the screens in Vue are in use so that's a possible location - although it would be rather odd to have two multiplexes, one on top of the other.
