I don't think there have been any announcements about tenants quite yet.

No, there haven't been. Difficult to see where new retail tenants might come from - unless it's by sucking more blood out of Queen Street!

Quite, and there are several very large units empty in The Grand Arcade in St. David's.

Maybe a bit more leisure based in reality as there are an excess of empty shop units across town.

Hopefully Mike Ashley is eyeing up one of new Howells units for Flannels

Let's hope not.
You must have more money than sense to shop there.
