IIRC the are plans are for 4 retail units on the site. The big unit has apparently been taken by Wickes who are moving from Western Avenue. As previously mentioned the other units will be occupied by a vets, a Metro Bank drive through and a coffee shop / fast food unit

I did hear that Wickes did look into moving into the old Homebase unit across the road instead but I haven't seen anything published to confirm that.
