If Wales Online consider that tower 'massive', I wonder how they will describe the WTF Harlech court tower? ;)

They need to get a reality check. In what world is a mid-rise 'massive'?

Wales online just hates anything new and will always write articles in the most clickbaity way possible. Glad to see the Charles Street development getting the green light, and it will be interesting to see what the developers funded improvements to the general streetscape turn out to be.
As for Harlech Court, it would be great if the current buildings were ground to dust, but that 50 storey tower isn't going to appear in my lifetime. (I'm in my forties...)

Draycott only bought Harlech Place in late 2018, so at most it would have been there a year.

Just a note on all this. Draycott Group, Cardiff Academy and Harlech Court Ltd are all owned by the same person so this isn't a tenant that will make a fuss when they are kicked out for redevelopment.

Agree with you about the Walesonline readers. They are unbelievably negative about every new development!!

Capital center needs to gutted out and turned into a indoor trendy street market like mercato metropolitano or Seven Dials indoor food market in London...... maybe even with live music!

Sticky Fingers only signed up for a 1 year lease. Had no intentions of continuing it. Moved to Roath then as mentioned.
