Interesting plans but uninspiring design for the additional 2 floors. Cardiff lacks ApartHotel space (particularly in the city centre). I imagine this project will be a welcomed addition when events eventually kickstart again.

So queen street is becoming hotel street, this hotel be close to the new canal.

With the main retail pitch now in St. David's and more hotel schemes being developed along Queen St, it's time to refocus empty units to leisure, pubs & restaurants. There's a very wide pedestrianised street for outdoor seating already in place and the Canal Quarter scheme will enhance the area.

Just don't rely on The Capitol to lead the way

Team back on site at Bradley Court again yesterday and crane in action. Is this now pressing ahead?

Yeah, I live up the road from there. They've been working again fr or about 2 weeks. There are ads for their rooms for September 2021. if they're to come close to that deadline they're gonna have to work fast.

Saw the crane working about 3 weeks ago now. Past the other day and there was still no forms back on the lift shaft.

Crane was unloading a large delivery today.
