Think we will see the new velodrome at least with the old one in Maindy being redeveloped but would be nice if all this could happen!

It will be a big improvement to Llanishen to get rid of the government buildings, they're very ugly and the scale is not suited to a residential area. I imagine the cost of demolition will make this a costly development though, will the homes have a hefty premium without any major commercial developments included?

As an aside, I had my first proper job in Gleider House many moons ago for the DSS, not a great job but I remember the canteen in the main building was awesome and subsidised!
