I was trying to post that link myself, but I was looking for a thread about the custom house st tower.
I thought there was a separate thread at one time.

Not much news either way, really.
Sounds like they're still planning something, but probably quite a bit different from the original proposal.
130m would be nice, maybe even a big redesign, and 150m

Yeah I also looked for separate thread but didn't see one.
It was originally granted permission for student flats wasn't it? Is there really that much demand for those still? Most new schemes seem to be now built for private rented accommodation.

Ah that's the old Brandon tool hire site, which has had permission for years! Good to see it finally started.

That part of Butetown would benefit from more of these infill developments, it does look very tired. The 60s housing could do with an upgrade too. There's too much of a divide at the railway line which currently makes two very different communities.
