26 storeys - of which 23 house the 140 apartments proposed. Little parking (27 spaces). Small A1/A3 provision. Roof terrace (not at the very top - on top of some of the lower parts).

Neither have I. Surely we're the overwhelming minority, though. Most people seem utterly dependent on their cars.
